Process and Quality

How a translation moves from your request to delivery, and how it is checked on the way.

A document’s journey, in four steps.

Receive

You submit the quote form with your document and language pair. We confirm what we have received and reply with a quote as soon as possible.

Translate

Once you approve, a translator who works with legal texts translates the document, keeping its structure, names, numbers and defined terms consistent.

Review

The translation is read against the original before it leaves us: terms, dates, amounts, names and formatting are checked.

Deliver

You receive the translation in the format agreed. If a receiving authority needs a particular presentation, we prepare it accordingly.

What you receive

  • The translated document
  • The original alongside it where useful
  • A note of anything we need you to confirm

We reply to every request as soon as possible and agree the delivery date with you before work starts.

Uploaded documents are stored privately, are seen only by the staff working on your request, and are deleted once the request is closed.
