Where will your translation be used?
You may need it for a court, a notary, a ministry, an embassy, a university, an employer or a bank. Each one sets its own requirements, so ask the office what it needs, then tell us where your translation is going.
- Courts UAE courts work in Arabic, so documents in another language usually need an Arabic translation.
- Notaries Notarisation confirms who signed a document. It is a separate step from translation, so ask whether you need both.
- Ministries and attestation Attestation confirms that a stamp or signature is genuine. One of the conditions the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists for attestation is that the original document is in Arabic or English, or comes with a legally certified translation.
- Embassies and consulates Each one sets its own rules for translated documents. Check them before you order.
- Universities and schools Each one sets its own requirements for translated certificates and transcripts.
- Employers and banks Ask HR or your bank which documents they need translated, and into which language.

Translation, notarisation and attestation: what’s the difference?
Languages
Arabic to English. English to Arabic.
We translate in both directions. Choose yours in the quote form, and type every name as it appears in the passport. This website and the quote form work fully in Arabic and English — switch at the top of any page.
Names, dates and numbersHow much will my translation cost?
Your quote gives the price for your document. It takes into account the number of pages and how much text they hold, the kind of document, the direction, your deadline, and anything the receiving office asks for.
How long will it take, and can I get it urgently?
Your quote tells you when your translation will be ready. The timing depends on the length and kind of document and on the date you need it by, so enter that date under “When do you need it?”. If the date is fixed — a hearing or an appointment — say so in the notes box.
Can I send a phone photo instead of a scan?
Yes. A clear phone photo works, as long as the whole page is sharp and readable, in good light, with stamps, signatures and edges in view. The form lists the other file types it accepts and the size limits.
Will the office I’m sending it to accept the translation?
That office decides. Each court, ministry, embassy, university or employer sets its own requirements. Ask what it needs — a translation by a particular translator, notarisation, attestation or a certain format — and tell us where your translation is going.
Who can see my documents?
Only authorised Quick Link Prime staff, and every download is recorded. Your files go into private storage with no public link.
